Goi Cuon is a traditional appertizer dish in Vietnam. In this illustrated spread, I want to tell the story of how culinary is an important aspect of every family gathering in Vietnam. The contrast between the perfectly roll of the grandmother and the messy roll of the grandchild is what makes the spread interesting.
